My name is Dagmar Matejkova and I have been in the field of Human Resources since 2001.
In my career I have worked in various global and international Companies. Leading multinational teams and setting up the HR Strategy and Processes.
However, I have also dealt with usual day to day Business such as Redundancies Management (in a fair and not painful way), People Development, Work & Life Balance, Salary Surveys, FTE Budgeting, Company Culture, Talent and/or Performance Management etc.
I have learned quite a lot and therefore, I have decided to support organisations, including smaller or start-up companies, to grow and at the same to increase the Value of the Company through Human Capital.
