Virtual HR Director is suitable for companies which (not yet) can't afford a professional HR Director, however, they need someone Senior who can cover the HR area due to e.g. Regulatory requirements (Licence, Guaranty). Virtual HR Director can be available for certain number of hours per week or month or at irregular base.

 

A Virtual HR Director can support the Leadership team in People related matters remotely (e-chat, chat, phone, communicator) or can visit Client/Authorities based on a valid Agreement.
